Read the description, all runs are merged into the PS/Switch category as there is no reason (right now) to have the platform split.

A newer seed is viable and faster, although its more difficult due to the fact you need a fishing rod rather than snow.

Edit: it's 1/3311 to get an end portal, discovered a bit after the run was done.
