Unfortunately, there's no consistent strat yet. It was one of the hot topics in the community about half a year ago, but in the end, nothing substantial came out of the discussions.

It seems very possible, looking at the leaderboards. The first half should be deathless at least. I'm not sure how optimized the second half is, though.
