Actually you only said skipping was in issue in one video. The rest you said it was a quality issue which is not the same thing

So I was wondering how a run of mine with perfect video quality gets rejected because of poor quality. When my video was rejected for being in the same resolution as the mod TheManyFacesOfSean. Also I would like to point out that TheManyFacesOfSean Should have his runs illegitimate due to the use of fast melee and are you really able to accept your own run as soon as you submit but make everyone else wait 2 weeks just to get rejected because you feel as if though their quality isn't on par with your quality.
