Are you saying that when you do the last cap throw for snow dram, if you do it perfectly, cappy can be over the platform, and you can do a pixel perfect dive vault to land on the chest and open it with a spin pound? If so, I dont think that would save any time, and if it did, it would be so little that it probably isnt worth trying.

I dont use a capture card either, and I have submitted three recorded runs that were verified. After one of my submissions, the mod who verified my run said to make sure the date I got the moon was clearly visible, so keep that in mind.
Not quite sure what you mean, but I know there was some recently discovered water tech that allowed you to do infinite cap throw dives
I'm thinking about it now and I dont think it will give you enough coins to make up for the 45 you skipped. I did not test it though.
I'm pretty sure the ? Block in the frog room only loses .5 seconds and I dont know where the extra cascade stash that you are talking about is.
That might be possible with your idea of skipping the first 45 coins
