There are 3 types of wall clips that I know of:

1. Use the crouch button to crouch and then blink forward into the wall - this is the fastest and most useful of the three.

2. Turn away from the wall so your back is against it, use the crouch button to crouch and then dodge/blink backwards (right joystick backwards). I use this for the first wall clip to get inside the castle in Ouroboros.

3. Go next to a wall and use the Unstuck command in the pause menu, and hope that it puts you on top of the wall. I use this for the second wall clip in Ouroboros.

Use the crouch button to crouch, then just blink forward into the wall and it should work.

I found the death warp by accident during one my earlier runs, and thought "why didn't anybody think of this before?" And yeah, you can just shoot yourself haha, thanks for the tip, I somehow overlooked that.
