So I can submit a 150cc No Items Retro Tracks run on 2.4.0?

Will runs on 2.4.0 be accepted? I'm noticing the only two options are Pre-2.3.0 and 2.3.0 so I'm going to assume 2.4.0 is not accepted at this time but I'd just like to confirm.
