Recently I've rejected a run (https://www.speedrun.com/super_mario_for_scratch_4/runs/yo0d0njy) because of use of speed up, however it doesn't necessarily state in the rules you can't do this so should there be a rule or should I accept it?
So as we get to the lowest time possible we need to know the actual best time possible. So I'm looking for your best segments (as adding up the level category gets 8:45 because of runs that haven't been submitted) or a way we can make a TAS. We could also make a human TAS (which has been done in games like Mario Odyssey) so we could try to go for individual level runs and I understand if you don't want to.
Many thanks,

So if you haven't noticed already runs have been happening less. Now why is that? Is it because tricks are getting harder? Because the game is boring? Or because it's frustrating the amount you reset (That's my reason)? Or do you have a life (another one of my reasons)? Tell me what you think (because I'm bored and I have nothing better to do on a Sunday Morning in the UK.).
So recently I was running the game but then I realised something; so currently we get back to the rocket ship when we're done as fast as possible except if we're far away you can press the green flag except you don't even need to watch the animation. I was looking at the rules and this isn't there so I just want to clarify if we can press the green flag to go to the next planet.
So right now if you look at the I next to runs it says 6h:58m run time but since I have 2 runs pending we get to 7 hours of complete run time! This is huge and I won't be surprised if we get to 10 hours of completed run time before 2024. I'd like to say just congrats to all of the 36 (soon to be 38) runs completed to the authors. Now I know this isn't much of a forum but I'm just here to say congrats.
Ok i know i'm being really like a karen but i have done a frame check and p4radox's cosmic plains run is 1:58.840 but mine is 1:58.700. (Ok I literally just want a top 2 run)
So a couple years ago I saw a new rule on the snake speedrunning thing where basically you have to have a timer on-screen but if you don't you have to have sound on. I thing this would be good for Super Mario for Scratch 4 because it gets rid of more cheating things.
