alts are not against any rules, so they are allowed on the leader boards and on Hypixel itself, to submit a run, there is a button on the top right corner of the speedrun.com page, just above the first place run and below the different categories, next to the view rules button.

Here is where you input the specifications of the run, such as IGN, speaking of which, make sure the IGN is of your speedrun.com profile not the alts username accounts IGN.

Make sure you post evidence, typically in the form of a video on YouTube for top 10 runs, or replays if it is not a top 10 run, though video can still be used and is more encouraged.

The replay command gets put in the description box of the run if it was not being recorded as it was being played through, this can still be added if the run was recorded. Go to the corresponding replay of the run via /replay, if the run was just performed with no further attempts it should be the item in the top left corner. Click the nether star when in the replay, then the paper in that GUI, click the message in chat where it says "Click here to put share command in the chat!", copy that command with control+a to select all the text in chat, control+c to copy it and control+v to paste it. Remember that a verifier reserves the right to request the replay command if not provided, even with a video. unfortunately this is exclusive to only people who have a rank. if you don't have a rank, record all your attempts

The time of the run, this can typically be found with /replay in the bookmarks tab, the book item, by clicking the nether star, the times of an event such as a bed breaking is displayed in order from earliest to latest in this GUI.

One last ting is to double check that you are submitting to the right category.
