I was fooling around to see if I could find any new glitches to push the time down, and I noticed that if you jump off the platform after the updraft section down to the tower area carefully enough to avoid the death plane, you can see that there is an unloaded version of the tower but there is no way to climb it so it is essentially useless, but maybe someone can find a way?
