Probably I can add new missions to the category, but I can't delete the existing categories because runs will erase. However if that happens I can just msg admin of the website to do a rollback. I'll see what's what, maybe i'll put new level missions soon here
Sounds cool, would you also like to have Sabre Squadron (Courage Under Fire) missions on level categories? Imo i would put them there. I guess I can do that, but i'm wondering if existing runs will be deleted (don't want to delete them)
I thought about adding an aditional main category - Full Game Any% (or Campaign Any%) and same for Sabre Squadron
Hey Toby, thank you for responding
Yeah I got added as a mod due to a very big, big inactivity from the moderator. However I don't know how I should approach this, should I put missions from Sabre Squadron on levels? idk
Sure! Feel free to make Discord, maybe i'll join to it too, but there's not many players here (I suppose) because only me is following the game! If you have any suggestions or something, also feel free to ask / post them
I created a community for London 2012. Not only for speedrunners, but for players that own legitemate copy on Steam (I do own it now, by regaining access to my old account and family sharing it to my main). You can talk about stuff there too, as well as share pictures, videos and even talk about other Olympic Games. In order to be able to write on other channels you need to verify yourself in the #verify channel
Coming for this as well. Hopefully I beat it on PC. My hands are falling off on this game by tapping two buttons LOL
Hello there!
Could anybody post the full original game to the "Resources" tab just like in London 2012 Olympics Game leaderboards? It would be highly appreciated. I have a real disc from the game, but i dont currently have the CD-rom to boot it.
Hello! I think it would be cool to use Xenia or RPCS3 because they are both advanced. I know this comment is 2 years old but idk i might try competing in the leaderboards on PC.
Just did a barrier Horse glitch, might be useful if you would know the barriers in the game. This is a custom modified Chapter III map for the multiplayer so there are different barriers. However still funny to look at!
Cool! Lovely
Wondering if you would be down to put "Levels" tab with all individual tracks that are available in the game. I would be down to make some times on them.
Hello there, dear moderator
Can you add Sabre Squadron missions to the "Single Missions" tab? Since the game is renamed under a different name: Hidden Dangerous 2 Courage Under Fire, and it has both DLC and the day one maps in there.
Would be appreciated!
Hello there!
This topic is for a debate about Easy Knockout Trick
This trick has been mentioned by several gaming newspapers and labeled as a cheat. Check GameRadar article. Here's what it does:
Block face for 3 seconds then let go of block and move to the left as you are punching your opponent with the left and right hook(s)
I want to know your personal opinion, would you classify it as a trick, an exploit or a cheat? I can enable it on runs whenever you'll decide that it causes no harm for the runs.
I encourage you to also do Multiplayer Runs! I did ones for example, but with the Spy (a guy with ladies guns) you can do much faster runs, because for some reason he's faster than anybody else. Only Wild West Legends gamemode and you play on a side that needs to plant the bomb. Keep in mind, that I would allow two or more people helping you out in some tasks but since there's no option like that here just do it alone! :)
Hey there!
I added a few games, that are freeware so you can download them for free and speedrun them and make some juicy times. These are:
Boxer's Story it's a boxing game, focused on a fictional story of Adam Bradbury. Complete the story mode and become the champion of the world! Game has an interesting mechanic, where you don't need to win certain matches to progress further. Game was delisted from author's website but he rest assured me that I could put the game on this website and here it is! Also you can download it straight from the game page and Resources page, it is fully playable and fixed with dgVoodoo
Popscene: Track 2 it's a music industry simulator. Get on top of the music industry doing music, hire people as band members, get sued (or win court cases) and get record deals and such. I put some categories up there, if you wouldn't play for speedrun I recommend playing it out of boredom. You can make yourself a band and tour, or release an album which is bad and you might get kicked from an underground label :D
Popcorn is a Movie Industry simulator, mainly inspired by "making Hollywood movies" kinda thing (but in a funny, satirical way too), where you make indie movies and your goal is to get on top of the filming industry and maybe even win an "oscar" (it's simply called an award there). You can also get sued in game, or get fired or make the best movie ever and still not get any award (the randomness is interesting). I have put some categories there as well, but game is alot more harder than Popscene: Track 2 or Boxer's Story in my opinion. It took me a few attempts to do a Movie Label Any% run where your goal is to get the Movie label record contract in the fastest time - sometimes it can come fast (outside of recording happened in 7 minutes) or in the case of my submitted run around 26 minutes (might take even hour). And Award any% or Number One Movie category are much harder too, because at the beginning you basically can't have a movie on the top straight away, you need to consistently grind and hire new actors to maybe make better movie.
If you wish to speedrun them, feel free. I can validate your runs. I hope you like them! :)
MDickie's Popcorn is a movie industry simulator game, where you direct your own movies and you try to get to the top of the Hollywood branch! Hire actors, play roles, become a director!
Pop Culture As the title suggests, Popcorn is very much a sequel to last year's Popscene. Everything, from the the presentation to the concept itself, harks bark to that first instalment. Although ignorant men will attribute that to "laziness", it's actually a deliberate attempt to produce a consistent series. Afterall, this is simply "Popscene goes Hollywood" - and any attempt to avoid that would do more harm than good. That said, the game has taken strides towards establishing its own style. Most noticeably, the blue & white colour scheme of Popscene has given way to a black & white variation for this game (which is surprisingly superior!). Even the logo, despite its similarities, has made its own statement with a movie reel motif running throughout the background. What remains are a series of pleasantly familiar screens that let us dive straight into an exciting new concept...
Tale Of The Tape As ever, deciding who to employ is no empty gesture. There are well over 100 characters in the game's universe, and each one is unique in terms of appearance, personality, and talent. Many of the attributes will be familiar to fans of previous games. "Popularity" and "Reputation" indicate their star power and credibility respectively, while "Attitude" and "Happiness" indicate their mental state. New to this game are "Directing" and "Writing", which govern their ability to deliver the respective content - while "Performing" and "Acting" serve as the on-screen equivalent. Of course, no one man is perfect (and they certainly won't have time to play all roles!) - so you'll soon be constructing an ensemble cast that can share the responsibility of getting the job done...
Game Of The Living Dead In addition to props, you can also sell your soul to the art of make-up. The gore that happened accidentally in other games is now an official option that you can assign to characters as surely as any other part of their costume! As with the props, this gimmick boosts entertainment further yet at the expense of artistry - and makes those cheap action flicks all too tempting. Quite what you use the effect for is down to your imagination. It can either be used to portray a battle-scarred hero or a blood-stained corpse. In fact, the all-over scarring is so good for an "undead" look that I even added a zombie walking animation to complete the illusion!
Motion Pictures Considering how superfluous most of this on-screen activity is, it's surprising to see how much detail has gone into the visuals. In addition to brand new models and textures, we also have the best animations yet to go with them. There are literally dozens of different stances and gestures - covering everything from fighting to fornicating! Yes, to my eternal shame it's possible to make porn films in this game. If you like your romance a little more subtle, however, you can settle for innocent hugging and kissing interactions. The more unusual animations even extend to things like the Superman flight pose - which actually floats in mid-air, allowing you to position the actor anywhere in 3D space! All in all, it's possible to put together practically any scene you can imagine - with hilarious consequences that can be as fun as the game itself...
You can also check Ghost Town chapter, after duel with O'Donnell and effectively getting out of the saloon, there's a barn but near it there's a barrel you can jump on it and skip the initial path through the barn, however pesky thing is that the bell objective Barnsby seems to be lazy and he's not eager to destroy the church using it so it can't trigger in time: Destroy The Bell objective idk if the roof of the abandoned church is destroyable via our dynamite but idk.
Clipping out at 1:00 :)
