My recent run is the same route so I can explain, running through the guard is done by NPC clipping, there is a very quick tutorial by @Vezlaye on YT so it's easy to learn.

The not getting caught part is that you have to take out the tranq quickly when passing through guard and shoot Perez as fast as you can + instantly holster the tranq again, the guard will not care about you anymore at that point because he will be focused on Perez. Don't let any other people in the bank (huge main room) see you shoot the tranq otherwise you'll lose SA.

Quick tip too: Don't pick up the keycard from Perez after shooting him with tranq since you do not need it for the route and picking it up is an illegal action.

I’m still pretty new to the Hitman speedrun world and was wondering if having a third-party crosshair was not allowed. I read in the rules that the game’s crosshair cannot be altered but yeah depends on how you look at it, it's not really changing my crosshair but just adding a dot to the middle of my screen all the time. Asking because I thought it was not allowed but felt like I saw submissions that had a crosshair (dot) added even when the gun was not equipped (holstered or other equipment currently in hand)

Like the title says, are there any rules on music? I've read that you need to hear the game audio but would some low volume music be a problem? Low enough that you can hear game audio over it.
