For tenpine bluff, cant you just dismiss Dogmeat, punch a settler, let dogmeat kill the settlers?

ok, first of all, don't do it with cliff, Do it with missile launcher. If you just start out you'll get it like once in 24hours doing it with the cliff. I, who run the game a lot and have hundreds of hours of speedrun practice barely get it once every 3h. With Missile launcher I get it every time. If you didn't, you should follow the guide I made, it is located in the guides section here on speedrun.com/Fallout_3 . If you really want do it with the cliff, I'll let you know that if you ragdoll, you can't get it anymore untill you restart the game. That happened the second time you fell in the video. but really, use the cliff only if you go for a very very good time or try to WR.
Your video is on private, put it on unlisted for us to see it pls. And Like TFG just said, you will definitally notice the difference if you get speedcripple succesfully. The glitch is not easy at all to get when you start out and don't really know what frame you need to quickload. In general I always say, if you are not sure about having speedcripple or not, you don't have it. It almost always happen that you have 3rd person crippled animation without the speedboost. That is what tricks new players into thinking they got it, but they don't go faster. Another way of checking if you got speedcripple is going into third person and comparing your speed. When speedcripple is active, you only go faster in first person. When switching to third person you'll see you going a lot slower.
Well, you need to get everyone killed in and out of Museum of Freedom, so take a companion like dogmeat and let him kill everyone. Companion kills Kellogg, Lure enemies to tenpine bluffs to get them killed or do the quest and let a companion kill the enemies. I believe that's the only killing that needs to be done. No-one had done a speedrun of it because it is just any% but with inconveniences the death of enemies are required in the any%.

Otherwise you can timestop past the deathclaws, but wooshing by with the pistol might work too. However I'm not sure that wooshing over the invisible wall would work cause you'll probably end up stuck between 2 invisible wall. That happened to me a lot when going from hidden valley to black rock mountain
I've been trying been trying to clip and get speedcripple on ps3. I wasn't able to do any clip nor get speedcripple. I think that clipping isn't working because of the game taking too long to load for me. I had heard from someone who is on console that he was able to clip however his ps3 loads the game way faster than mine. I believe that clipping is only possible if the game loads very fast since it has been proven that it is possible to clip nd get speedcripple with a hardsave. I wasn't able to get speedcripple dispite having the correct timings a lot of time but I'll try some more before concluding anything about that. And yes DarkSun if you die you need to restart the game because Ragdolling (seeing you character fall on the ground) makes it impossible to get speedcripple. Also, if you get it and lose it because you got crippled, you also need to restart the game to obtain it again.
Yeah, ragdolling makes it impossible to get speedcripple without restarting the games. Also, it is impossible to get unbreakable speedcripple twice without restarting the game. Getting breakable is fine and you can get unbreakable afterwards. And obtaining breakable or unbreakable is obtained the same way, I would say it's random which one you get.
For the sprinting and menuing at the same time, I don't know, I never noticed before. You should ask in a runner's stream. For the splits, the runner split themselves hitting a hotkey. There is an loadremover that stops the timer when the game is loading (in case you were wondering why their timer stopped).
I remember trying to find a consistent clip with J00lsn to get rid of PA as early as possible, never found any, good job Jinjenia!
