I think pausing in No Coins is cheating and should be banned. I can just pause every 2 seconds, and the 3 seconds timer that starts when I unpause will add more time. It's not really fair. A good idea will be to change the rules so that only the actual game time will count (so if I pause for 2 minutes, the entire 2 minutes when the game was paused, including the 3 seconds that you have to wait after unpausing, won't count in the final time). But then, runners will have to cut that pause time before submitting a run, which will be very annoying.
Hello, Now that we determined that the best way to judge the coins runs is by making the players that don't use double coins having only to collect half of the coins, shouldn't we update the runs people submitted so that they will be verified by the new rules. Because the time of most of the runs in there stops when they collected 100 coins, while they didn't use double coins (so their runs should stop at 50 coins). If it's too hard of a job, I can volunteer to check the actual times of these runs
I agree with hsblue. I didn't know that most of the players don't have double coins. I thought it's ilegal as well but then I've submitted a run using double coins and the admins verified it. I also considered that the rule should be 200 coins for those who don't have double coins (however hsblue's idea is smarter), but again, I didn't know most of the players don't have it. I want to apologize for my actions.
I have a new catagory idea (more like a sub catagory but still): the no coins catagory but you are not allowed to use hoverboards or keys. The reason I think it's good is because a few days ago, I've tried to do a no coins run, and as usual, I've tried to make it without using a hoverbord as much as I could. The run was bad because I've failed after 2 and a half minutes, but I found myself surviving for 1 minute and a half. So I figured,it took me some practice to do this, so I though that it could be a cool catagory. Of course, if you agree, it should be a sub catagory to the "no coins" catagory, but it will be called something like "no hoverboard nor keys" (or no "hoverboard/keys" idk), and all the "no coins" runs that were submitted so far will be moved to another sub catagory called "hoverboard and keys" (or something else again idk lol). That's what I thing you should do if you want to make this catagory a thing.
