The difference here is that it's the very start of the run. If you get a bad bulb spawn you're immediately behind a top time by upwards of 30-45s.

I understand that this game can inherently be RNG based, but I feel that the first room can be such a massive time waster that if you don't get good bulb RNG at the start it's a reset regardless. I think not having speedruns be focal around resetting at the start every run would make it feel healthier. Would it not be better to have the game start at door 1/when you push the button?
