Except looking closer it actually isn't anymore. Although if you had TAS this would be improvable even with what I'm about to say, it simply isn't possible anymore; to be clear the skip from end of 12 to 14 is no longer possible due to a part preventing you from approaching the hole in 13b from the bottom, or at the very least it's so difficult and precise it's effectively impossible. So I can't reasonably beat this, amazing.

Definitely more than a couple seconds of improvement doable.
