I plan on running this game, and I am wondering if a PS4 controller is allowed when running on an emulator. I've used my PS4 controller various times on other games on my PC, and I have gotten used to it. However, I have not found anything about using a PS4 controller.

If you configured everything correctly with BXT and commands and stuff then it should have recorded demos for the whole run go into your valve_WON folder and the demos should be there zip them up, upload them to a file sharing site (mediafire, dropbox, google drive, etc.), and put the file link in your submission and that's enough to verify it

Basically what PackSciences said. Use Source Unpack. Also, in 2/3 the saveglitch in the OOB route needs you to go past the portal and back behind it, and press your key for save;load right when you're behind it. You know what I mean, right? For some other saveglitches you need to get stuck on the portal, and these are a lot easier (I guess).

If you're gonna do video, you're probably gonna put the demos too. Top 10 requires both, but if you're not in top 10 you can just put one or the other

yeah you can just look up how to edit this stuff but it is recommended to use right ctrl for PCEs because it's easy to press right ctrl and an arrow key at the same exact time

Just the screenshot? I haven't noticed anything like that i've seen screenshots and demos

I've noticed a lot of other communities have speedrunning discords and I haven't been able to find one for this game.
