To be honest, I agree with r3d about this but returning to saveed fact, he's also right about it since people with a poor machine can now be able to record. ( considering if they can be able to play doors with the lowest graphic / 30 fps+
I have already tried using a poor-performance PC and laptop on the game with windows recording feature aka game bar and it's working pretty much fine.
For Windows 7 I have tried using bandicam which is pretty popular for those low-spec machines and yeah it's still fine with that.
This is based on my opinion and my experience with using any kind of machine to speedrun with.
