anything american will require an adapter for european stuff (heck, sometimes you need one for inter-european stuff), possibly also need to buy an adapter for your Monitor/TV if it doesn't support the refresh rate.

sure, just make sure the camera is steady & the room is well lit so the camera doesn't suffer from the screen darkening / lighting up fast.

I mean, it's not anything new, it's just a physical housing for an already released emulator, PCSX. I'd even go as far as to remove it from the platforms list due to that.

use a less cpu-intensive preset. use a lower bitrate. get a pc twice as good for a third of the price.

What I think happened is that there was some sort of misunderstanding of how to set it up properly, and at some point they just gave up to think about it and went with what we can see today.
