RomaniaSuggesting ideas that could help improve the site seem pointless at this point in time; 90% of suggestions don't even get in ELO's radar, and the rare instances of suggestions that the staff do see, they only make 1 post about it, usually suggesting to fill a feedback form on the support hub, and then they never reply to their post again.
How does this work? Even if you have 10 posts a day you don't appear on the leaderboard even if you filter by posts per day. I don't see it being fair.
How I think it should've been done is you literally should've just tracked the amount of posts of the users posted in a single day instead of what you did (I don't know how it works).
First off, it would be too unrealistic for them to add such a feature so quickly and I would've even been impressed if they managed to do it. What I meant is that there hasn't been any update on the situation in over 2 weeks. No post regarding their decision about the feature, if it would benefit the site and whatnot, which makes it seem like the idea became dead pretty much just like every other idea.
Second off, while it is true that they can't do something of this magnitude in just 2 weeks, there are some other requests from players that they could definitely do in even less than 2 weeks but still haven't managed to do. (for example fixing @user 's account, his account is currently broken and the mods said they will try to fix it without too much waiting, guess what, it's been 2 weeks since the moderator responded and literally nothing happened).

Probably the best flash game ever made and one of the biggest is Super Mario 63. It's also available on PC and it's highly competitive at the top level. Has 3 main categories that each have very good lengths and Any% is very accessible to a newcomer because of its short length. The movement options are something that I've never seen in any other flash game, being very diverse, and the glitches and skips, while being somewhat tricky, they can get consistent with some practice. My personality online can be pretty weird. So let me explain it with food: you write down the food you like, the kind of food you love, what you like, what style (and who you usually buy), and how much you like something your mom likes or doesn't like it. She knows how much you like anything, and she knows how much you dislike it. This works well if you post it online.
But what about my cooking methods? Here's a funny one you probably hadn't read: the "cooking method" goes like this: every dish is given its own "cooking sheet" and some can even be used to cook your food to perfection.

I am proud of my accomplishments in the main game that I run, Super Mario 63 (which is in my opinion the best flash game there is, I strongly recommend it). I am proud of both the times that I achieved and the strategies that I discovered that helped us push the game closer and closer to its breaking point.

I like talking on the forums. So the forums are your source of information I've got to share from people that I understand it's a great place to be and I'd like to see how they work or do or say what they think.
The Forum
There are actually two groups of people who do take part in our development. The more involved the better. Let's say that you're looking to work on a project you probably already have a great idea of what the world is like and I believe that's one of the things you should definitely do. You ask what the problems are in the world and I'm all for seeing that.
So a very early part of a development team we call ourselves the Project Lead which is a team that we can focus on helping other team members develop concepts, bring in new concepts for a project, and get to know some people they admire really quickly.
The next step in development is the project manager which I'm trying to make more useful by having a group of people dedicated to helping people.
The Developer
I can't go into it all in one post. I know this is a tricky subject and I really want to know the answers. Just feel free to share what you've learnt and what things you see in the forum and share your experiences so that everybody has a say.
