The most straightforward one I can think of would be adding one for the secret ending with the fool card, which has the benefits of being both quieter and shorter than the standard ending segment. For a more arbitrary challenge option, maybe an all cards mode to contrast with any%, where you need to have all 22 different tarot cards in your inventory when you finish?
