I can install in Win10 64x but encounter frequent crash as one submitted. Quite annoying but still no best way to fix that.

Okay, I will ask about the program using for timing run in C&C series. I have experienced in C&C 3 run using WSplit to record time play, but it cannot overlap or show on gameplay. What program should I use for these game including the former like Tiberian Sun and Red Alert as C&C series don't have windowed mode to config the screen and use timer to overlap or show the RTA in each single run?

If there is no program, I will notice that I should calculate with paper and submit the video with just written description. No timer for more concrete evidence.

I think in steam version, the difficulty isn't set as level-4 in Neo-Geo because some enemies act a bit faster and sometimes they go slow so it is like an adjustment between level-3 and 5 and we cannot expect too much for level-4 as they can make a bit higher RNG than before.

Like in Hard, they act between level-5 and 7 so it is not completely level-6 and Easy is set either level-1 or 2 except Very Hard, of course, is set only level-8

Anyway, if sending in both versions are difficult, try to divide the version into 4 charts; Any Emulator / Level 8 Emulator / Any Steam / VH Steam and runners will understand the difficulty at all.
