What do you mean by "setup"? If you want to record with OBS then I have no clue but without OBS just open the application. Hit edit splits and changes it I the game you are going to run and your split names. Hit ok and hit edit layout and arrange it how you want. In the settings you can change hotkeys and set a global hotkey.
