You seem to misconstruct what taco pizza is. It's not normal pizza with a tomato base and cheese and taco toppings atop. It's a taco meat base with lettuce, tomato, and taco cheese on a pizza crust. Basically turning the pizza crust into a taco kinda.
And damn is it good.
Handled. :)
@DemataPyro Trez is reachable if you try and contact them. It's unlikely the page will change (it is, after all, multiple Zelda runs), but I did forward your post to him anyway. I also want to point out you asked him about becoming moderator on the board earlier this year and he replied no. https://www.speedrun.com/post/aqezh
EDIT: Trez replied in that same forum thread.
@AmoebaUK - Have them request it, please. We want the moderators to request it to ensure they are aware of it, so we don't handle these requests if the person isn't a moderator for the game or series. EDIT: Thank you @Arcree below. Handled.
@wartab NTR is a no. If it matters for your game, handle it with a variable if you need to. It's homebrew and not official. HzMod is similar, and a no for the same reason.
Done. :)
"• Do not list a player's runs on a leaderboard if they explicitly do not want it listed."
Note that it doesn't say "times" and that's what's being listed.
"• If a player does not want their top time listed, it is acceptable to just not list the top time. It is also acceptable to list a top time with the username "Anonymous" and no video linked. An anonymized reuploaded video may be used only with the explicit permission of the player."
Entirely within the rules.
An addendum: Part of what makes the internet a good thing is you being able to see stuff from everyone across the globe. There is a downside to that. That also means that anything you put out there is out there forever, as someone else has seen it and may share it in the future. So ultimately, if you don't want something on the internet, then the best course of action is to never put it on the internet to begin with, because once it's out there, it's going to stay out there in some form forever.
People that call it "Speed running"
THERE'S NO SPACE IN IT DARNIT!
https://www.speedrun.com/cs3d instead of cs3D (capitalization is relevant).
I am seeing the three runs on the boards: Best Ending, Normal, Emulator: https://www.speedrun.com/cs3d/run/yojkk01m Any%, Normal, Emulator: https://www.speedrun.com/cs3d/run/z0155doy Any%, Easy, Hardware: https://www.speedrun.com/cs3d/run/yojk9wjm
Looking through I don't see any issues. Can you describe a bit more detailed what exactly is missing?
Aand never mind, since Liv beat me to the punch :P
@Lonne I could, but it might cause issues. I'm not sure what exactly they'd fall under for that, either. Do you have an idea of what exactly you want set for this beyond simply listing it as "Based on NFS"?
@ShikenNuggets Done.
Considering SGDQ 2019 just ended about 24 hours ago... yeah, it'll happen when it happens. We aren't happy it's bugged either. Bugging us about it being bugged is not going to speed things up. That said, we are hoping soon, as SGDQ is now over.
As far as I know (and someone else might correct me on this), any edit would require a re-verification, but an edit by a moderator can keep its verification status via moderator privileges.
Put simply, the age is not a hard requirement (hence, "should be" and not "must be") - just submit the game (when your account's been active 7 days) and we'll look over the submission and see.
As a reminder: SGDQ is THIS WEEK so, depending on how many of us are there, the queue may be a bit slower, plus we have backlog to clear from when notifications were temporarily broken.
Brazil is weird. In short, usually it's just PAL, but there are some cases where the Brazil release is PAL-M, which is different. Likely due to that functional difference is why Brazil has its own region selection.
China is available for similar yet different reasons. The CHN region often doesn't have the consoles we do elsewhere, so they often get releases in various other means. The iQue was one example; a more recent one is the NVidia Shield TV. As a result, the CHN region is available to let boards distinguish these odd releases.
Australia (technically, it's Australasia when referring to the region in these circumstances) is PAL, and lacks functional differences from Europe PAL. As a result, there's not a real need for Australasia to be split off into its own region, as it falls under PAL.
To answer before it comes up, Korea also gets releases. No clue what the technical specifications on this are, but KOR is also available on the site to distinguish this as well. Usually doesn't come up.
I believe it would be a multi-game rather than a category extension, but regardless, it would have to be requested, yes.
The series is moderatorless as generally series do not need to have a moderator.
To continue up on something from the previous thread:
@Gave2haze I have created the series manually ( https://www.speedrun.com/carelics ) and added the four games mentioned to it. If you have any requests for a series icon or coloring, please let me know so I can set those up before I remove myself from the series to leave it moderatorless, as we would prefer it be. If new games for the series are wanted, request them via the normal means of a game request form as usual.
In addition to a series cover and colors, if there is a permanent Discord invite for the series or permanent page for it that would also be good information to provide, so it can be added.
