People were considering speedrunning the entirety of neal.fun, but don't ask me for the rules of that.
You can use chess engines but only if you input the pieces on the board yourself (i.e. you can't use any AI to read and solve the position directly from the game).
@SzymekCSC: That's like if you said MC SS speedruners are cheating because they're using glitches.
I would say you can copy and paste YouTube link, hex and one emoji at a time. Except for when you already have the emoji in the password and just want to duplicate it or something.
On the discord server someone made a list of all solutions and their frequency maybe I can send it here.
When refreshing the hex value, and searching for a 6 or less number, when I get the hex number from the eyedropper tool in GlowBlock64's guide and put it at the end of the password (after the last period), only about 30 percent of the time it accepts it??
It is also written in the guide you have to wait about a second because otherwise the color you copy will be slightly different since it didn't "fully appear", although it might seem like it. Obviously this issue has happened to me a lot of times but when you wait a bit you get it consistently 99 % of the time.
Why? Isn't N an element?
I think the password accounts for that. But the problem is I think there is no Nc, Nf, Ng or Nh without check. The better alternative could be Qc6.
I agree, I was doing some math in my notepad and came with scenario for 61 characters. Although 59 is the next prime number, I don't know whether it is possible to save two more with better YouTube link or something.
Btw: Is there really a Nc1 puzzle?
I would say you need to copy egg, caterpillars and weight lifting first from the rules themselves (then you can do whatever want with them once they're in the password) and you have to paste the specific moon emoji (not all of them).
I assume you should be able to paste all the emojis there, just not the text (I don't know about color though).
You should be able to use chess mover and a spreadsheet of every country in geoguessr.
It is just like you can't use software that directly and automatically reads the data from the page. It has to require you to make some input yourself (for example if you took a screenshot and THEN pasted it to AI software I think that is allowed) - that's how I understand the rules. But to be honest, you should just practice, since memorizing it is obviously the fastest approach.
Or make your own chess spreadsheet, you can find the game's code in element inspector. I've already made the Geoguessr one.
I don't think so - the eyedropper is obviously allowed because otherwise it's unsolvable but chess can be solved alone. Also rules state you can't use assistance from another person to tell you the move so I doubt AI is allowed.
I don't see why not I think. I mean - you can always submit and let mods decide I guess.
The Password Game was literally born for speedrunning and I would love to see more people try it.
Yes I know about that, I've already added option to resize the text automatically (if that's what you mean) and got 31 seconds with it since it's a huge time-saver. But I don't want to upload it because I'm aiming for sub-30 :D
Edit: I also messed up the link font sizes a bit so I'll fix that in the process.
