As long as the recording is good enough (i.e. 15+ FPS framerate) then it should be verified. The audio rule only applies to runs in either fast mode or a highscore run which top 5 within the category as a countermeasure for anyone trying to speed up or alter footage. The run will be rejected should run fall under such circumstances

I would just like to make all runners aware of this. We already have a massive backlog of runs as it is but I have just come across 1 hour 15 min video and we are expected to go through the whole footage to search for the exact run, which was only 50 seconds long. PLEASE CROP YOUR RUNS TO THE RELEVANT SECTION OR INDICATE THE TIME IN THE VIDEO WHERE THE RUN STARTS. If you dont, the run will be rejected.

If you are submitting a fast or highscore run, please ensure you have the game sound ON! If it is good enough to make it into the top 5, we will REJECT the run if no game sound is included. We have included this as a counter-measure against people who are splicing or speeding up runs. If there are any questions, reply on this thread or feel free to join the discord server and ask there (we are more likely to respond on discord)

We added a rule recently (26th Nov) where fast mode runs and highscore runs require sounds as a counter measure against any fake runs. Runs without it would be rejected (runs submitted past the day of announcement). You might've missed it because we announced it on discord and not here -_- . If you think it is a valid run please let me know which one it is and I'll double check for you.

A lot of luck for a completable board. Also the skill to keep going with an uneven circuit until "all apples" is eaten. The small wall mode is known to be beatable tho, there is a TAS video done by Hoever.

Im not sure if src would accept so many variants of something like FreeCell. This is basically the official one. Unless this one is converted into microsoft freecell, then a freecell mobile page is requested, then I doubt theres a lot that can be done... You could always set up a spreadsheet leaderboard with you and another players who have their own runs but i guess its not the same

Hey, Kiraa I think you should maybe review a few FreeCell apps on Android and iOS. Then maybe a list of acceptable apps can be made to make it a bit more fair for future runs. Just a suggestion. (e.g. FreeCell by MobilityWare https://www.mobilityware.com/freecellsolitaire which is on iOS and Google Play. My personal choice)

Its mainly because the other game modes are beatable (ie there is a final score that you can get such as 252 apples for normal size board). However, for portal and wall modes, it doesnt allow you to achieve the final score compare to other modes. So thats why they have highscore boards, whereas completed modes are based more on how fast you beat the mode. Wall and portal still do have their respected speedrun tables but highscores is like a replacement for all apples.

This has probably been asked before (please point me in the direction of the answer if someone knows). I recall a section where a $5 PayPal donation would allow customisation such as having 2 coloured names or a customised page for you own page. However, with the recent SRC takeover by Elo, I havent seen it since. Is there anyway I can still customise my own page or has that been removed recently?

You'd have to see what the mods say but I'd think it would be a new category or straight disallowed. If runs reused boards with the current leaderboards, it would an unfair disadvantage.

Hello all, by tonight (Probably before 12AM BST), I'll be separating standard and fast speeds into seperate IL categories. This will be helpful should you do both speed as you can preview your time on your own IL runs list. All previous runs for fast will be moved, so do not worry about resubmtting times.

I'm almost always against screenshots cos its easier to edit than to doctor a fake vid. Also the runs aren't long enough to make recording tedious. I think it should be banned
