Are you asking how to skip cutscenes on the web version? If so, you can't really. Some can be skipped by reloading the web page and continuing to play the game from the map.

Yeah, a load remover could allow us to time IGT with decimals, meaning its more viable for competing as its hard to cut full seconds off of IGT
