Can i provide strategy for speedrunners by YouTube video regardless of console version?

Is there daily or weekly limit for run submissions?

Would a youtube video link work?

If there's still more runners and we continue to run this title and share and new information that we find in our playthroughs. It could breath life back into this community

Your rules say submit a vid but the bottom of the rules says no recordings, so how do i submit or post a vid?
