Turner is a super fun and well made platformer that revolves around (lol) rotating the room around yourself to solve various platforming puzzles. It is fun, as mechanics that while easy to pick up have quite a bit of depth once you look into maximizing speed, and is quite in-depth boasting 410 levels (205 per half). The game also has a built in speedrun mode so the creators obviously hoped it would catch on as a speed running game.

A handful of years back I opened a speedrun.com page for Turner and submitted some runs. However, despite my efforts there was no one else that showed interest in attempting to run this game back then.
I started running it again this week and want to forward the challenge to others since running against myself isnt as fun so Im reaching out again to try and peak some runners interest. I think its a shame that this game doesnt get more attention as it is one of my favorite platformers and my favorite game to speedrun

I manage to salvage a 23:32 GiveUp% but the full run couldn't be summited. Sub 1:10 is most definitely possible and its the next goal I'm aiming too
To get the perfect RNG would be him stying up top for 5 turns in which you hit him 5 times each time. However since he always starts at the top and quicly makes his first move its more often 6 turns. This could be reduced to five if we found a way to guarantee 6 hits per turn but I digress.
This means that the probability of a perfect boss RNG and hence a viable run is 1.56% a.k.a 1.5 times out of 1000 runs
ok was just wondering I guess its only that your computer is faster you seem to have a faster movement in game.
Hey guys some people are submitting runs were the timer stops before the boss DEATH animation is complete. Make sure it plays all the way before stoping the timer
What website do you guys use? Btw please go run the game i'm moderating Fracuum
Please run the game fracuum i'm the only runner and would like rival runners.
I wrote to the creator of fracuum Tyler Glaiel and asked him if the boss had a pattern. he gave me the disappointing information that the final boss was pure randomness. I do not know if the rest of the enemies have a pattern or are random but I taught that this info might be useful.
Here are his own words: It's purely random. just tank him and shoot him from the inside to speedrun it.
Is the level skip (as mentioned in the previous forum post) allowed in a speedrun?
I'm a new runner and now I'm having a problem where after a pop enough balloons in a level it does not progress until I pop more balloons. Anyone know why?
When exactly does time start/stop?
I think it starts when you click start. But does it end on the first explosion on the boss or when the boss disappears?
Thanks
I'm new to this speedrun community and I was wondering why cadence/bard are not viable runs
Im looking for games that can be completed in ~1hour ( a little more is ok) and under.
