I accidentally forced the melon into the outside area because it was "stuck" to my upper body, I don't think it would even be able to give a time skip anyway but i was wondering would that count as a bug?

You can't change the difficulty while you're in a game? Also when changing the difficulty to easy in the main menu and then playing. Pressing B will change the difficulty to Normal instead of to easy which is what it was already on

I know that you aren't allowed to bind mouse buttons but how would the mods even check that on a run?
(I'm not saying I'm going to do it I was just wondering how the mods would even check that someone is doing that)


you only joined 2 days ago I'd just wait a few more and then try again. It's likely that you need to wait a certain time before uploading speedruns due to spam. It would make sense for it to be ~a week



I don't think that's the problem I think the file itself is coded to restart the game on normal difficulty and not the one you're currently on or easy mode. I guess I could try it anyway though

Pressing B resets the run but on normal mode instead of easy mode. Is there any way I can change the files to make it reset on easy rather than normal? Really would like a fix. Thanks

Yeah I realised that I could reset by just exiting out instead of pressing b but it's just kinda annoying lmao

Ah ok, By the way I'm using the speedrun mod thing from guides for 1.2.1 but every time I press B to reset it changes to normal mode instead of staying on easy. Do you know how i can fix this?



I downloaded the granny speedrun mod from the guides tab and put the new files in my granny_data folder. I opened the game and nothing happened? I also re-tried this by completely replacing the granny_data folder with the new one but that just showed an error that there were files missing. What do I do?
