@Liv hello, i received an anwer. The super mod is alone to check the runs and want to change rules for the game. Every mod are inactives except him. He decided to reject runs as long as the mods don't accept the rules he wants to change.

Moderators from Apex Legends are inactives, between 1 to 3 months... some of them have time to stream... I've been waiting one month to wait for validate my run (not validate actual time) Where i can apply to replace one of them ?
