Bakery skip still works but timing is a little different, no luck on the first house or barn

Has anyone done the bakery skip and the first house skip? I believe those got patched so if you have anything new sharing would be appreciated. Also, in the first house you can walk up the side of the railing then crouch jump to get upstairs without cutting the tape.
