@TheDementedSalad Is there any ETA on this "something should be happening soon"?
Just getting back into doing the speedrun for this game using the auto splitter and the segment times seem to be having issues at random points during the run.
They will be minutes ahead of what they should have been, for example on a run I just did I apparently finished 2-2 in 10 seconds.
This got confused at 2-2, 4-1, and 5-2. It seemed to recover itself after 2-2 but then wasn't able to do for the later chapters.

Hey, sure thing:
- The idea of Discord screenshare was the (almost) realtime aspect, especially useful for commentators of the runs.
- I was not aware of that fact no. I thought you were able to show the webcam over any applications that were being captured. I can ditch that requirement if so.
- I figured this sort of requirement would cover at least the 720p option on the screen sharing side of things. Looking into things more it's probably more preferable that I specify that you need to be able to comfortably screenshare at 720p or higher.
- Glitchless runs would be preferred, however if glithcless isnt suitable for that game then I'll allow glitches. I'll clarify that.
[big]Hosting Submissions[/big]
PSXathon is a remote only marathon where we will be using the Discord screen sharing feature to capture hosting audio. All you need for this is a mic, no webcam is required. No previous experience is required other than a sample when you submit your application.
The hosts of the event are there to keep the audience engaged, inform them of any upcoming games, donation incentives or polls that may be running, and read out any (suitable) donations that we get coming in.
You can do as many shifts as you like whilst hosting.
[big]Deadline[/big]
The deadline for PSXathon host submissions is 7th December 2018, 23:59 GMT (11pm GMT). Any submissions placed after then will not be considered. We will let you know a few days after that if your hosting entry got approved or not, and will aim to have a host schedule out no later than 10th December 2018.

[big]Game Submissions[/big]
PSXathon is a remote only marathon where we will be using the Discord screen sharing feature to capture gameplay, mic, commentary and hosting. Please note that before submitting your games you must meet the following requirements: Have a Discord account; be able to screenshare at 720p (or higher) for video/audio; and have a mic.
All of the runs in the marathon will be no-reset runs, and any games that runners submit must be the original versions of the game from the PSX, no remakes or remasters. Each runner is limited to three game submissions, and must provide as much info as possible about the game, the category, and any previous runs that they have done for the game.
Runners are able to bring in up to three commentators for their run if they are not comfortable doing this themself, however this is not a requirement.
[big]Deadline[/big]
The deadline for PSXathon game submissions is 30th November 2018, 23:59 GMT (11pm GMT). Any submissions placed after then will not be considered. The final schedule will be released a week later on the 7th December 2018.

[center][big]PSXathon[/big] 14th - 16th December 2018 Help Hope Live[/center]
PSXathon is a 48 hour long marathon being held from 14th-16th December 2018 to raise money for Help Hope Live. Participation will be done via the Discord screen sharing feature.
With the announcement of the PlayStation Classic in recent months I thought it would be a great idea to have a celebration of a generation defining console with a 48 hour long marathon to show you the best that the system has to offer, and what we think should be released for the PlayStation Classic.
The games featured in this marathon will be no longer than 3 - 4 hours and can be ran at either a casual pace or a speedrunning pace. The games would ideally be ran without using glitches, however if the glitchless category isnt suitable for that game then you may run the glitched category.
We want to see games ranging from the whacky to the wonderful, from the good to the bad, and from the awesome to the downright ridiculous. If you think it should be featured then we want to hear about it!
Come and join us on our Discord server as we get ready for the event: https://discord.gg/DrV8uHv

Oh ok, fair enough. Been sat wondering for a while now how on earth we were gonna find some of the 5 minutes that the top times seemed to be ahead!
Interesting! Out of curiosity how did you calculate the IGT differently compared to LiveSplit?
I'm guessing this was a mistake but the latest time I submitted to the leaderboards I put in with an IGT of 1:20:35 but it has now appeared on boards with an IGT of 1:16:17?
