The Touchscreen feature that laptops hold is not allowed on the pvz board
when you press game rules, its saying to have your mouse showing when you are running to actually prevent this

The Moderaton Team decided to remove it due to it now being an irrelevant category with times only going to decrease by a few milliseconds every time. there is just no reason to have it on the board anymore.
