are you allowed to use auto keyboard (https://www.murgee.com/auto-keyboard/) for the fast weapon switch glitch in a run? can you even do the glitch without it?

I just recorded my first glitchless speedrun of portal, but at one part i accidentally used a glitch out of habit. i did a quickload to before i did it and then did it again without glitching. It lost me a fair bit of time, but it is this still a valid run?
