So this is a glitch in the game that we unfortunately can't really avoid easily. So since you said All Chapters, I assume you tried the trick of using a doorhop to get above the crawlspace. So what happens is, when you do this trick, you'll enter an infinite loading screen when you would usually transfer into Return to Admin. Sadly, the only way for this NOT to happen is to have the Whistleblower DLC installed. We don't know exactly why this happens, but yeah, it sucks. Luckily the trick in question only saves a very minimal amount of seconds, so you'll be able to get a better time without it ^^
