I have a good time in the "rocket fella" speedrun mode (it was 1st for a year, and someone just beat it) and I'd like to submit it. It's been a while but I think I still have the full recording. If I don't have the recording, I'm still going to try to get 1st again either way. Thanks in advance to whoever moderates here.

I've noticed this in some of the records also (albeit some of them former records), and didn't understand how to even do it. There's quite a few times where the runs start with a car launching from 3rd or 4th gear, second place time for big air vanster comes to mind since I went out of my way to beat that time without using any sort of trick, and I remember it well.

Sure enough the AI acts differently now on "Destroy the Moonhawk", there doesn't seem to be a way to influence it to go to the right at the start and getting a quick (sub 10 second time) seems impossible right now. At the first left turn out of the gas station seems to be the only chance you have to get a knock on it, and it seems to react differently now to being pushed from the back. I had one glitchy start where the moonhawk started the scenario with the engine smoking... and in reverse... not sure what that was. 42 seconds flat is best I've gotten so far.

Latest big update to East Coast, Hirochi raceway, and Derby maps may have just invalidated some scenario times. I'm going to check out the changes right now. I'm going to check "Destroy the Moonhawk" first since I noticed the gas station area looking a lot different in the trailer, and because I tried for a while to beat that one and never got close... lol
