PoP% is in the category extensions. And yes, you start with a new file and it ends after completing PoP. Not to be confused with PoP, that you can find in the main categories

Hollow Knight

- The airwalk rule has been clarified to include maintaining Sprintmaster walking speed midair as an example of illegal benefit.
- A rule has been added to clearly ban clipping underwater.
- Guidelines have been added for major glitches that save less than 1 second and provide no other benefits to receive a 2 second penalty, rather than rejection. Additional details on what circumstances qualify for penalties are included in the rules.
