Given what I put earlier, I think optimal route would be:

Tutorial. Kekujira. Yacare Jhai'ti. Wiindigoo. Rhybaax. Uhl'Uht'C. Reason being there exists a bug where you can dupe blessings but you can't delete them. This only happens the first time after you get a 'You Win' screen. Hey, Can I do whatever route I want? I mean, starting with Jhai'Ti or something.

1.The game checks your hand when checking for suspicion, food and cultists for cards that appear/depend on quantity in hand only when the card approaches the board. So, if you time it right, you can get no Police Raid/Greed, early Desperate Measures, and lower cost on Infestation/Disease Strikes.

2. The gamefreezes your hand during the burning animation and when you get cards from a deal, so for bug 1 you must be quick in those situations.

For bugs that could help us reduce time.

You should use as little blessings as possible. Sadly, there is a bug that fucks you up if you de-select a blessing from a god you just summoned, and can be pretty shitty with Kekujira's blessings being shit. I think you should do Wiindigoo before Rhybaax because of the relic that Inheritance gives you, idk if the route actually changes something lol.
