I've seen speedrunners that have 3 worlds in the corner already loaded, so when they're finished with a run they go to the next one with the press of a button, I assume it's a mod but what mod is it?

I am currently running some ssg on the side and i wonder how the top runners loot the chests so quickly. (watch people like azzify, the best runner)
