Me again. I was playing a rom hack where I had a shell and a spring and when I threw the shell up right where the spring was when I went to grab the spring I grabbed both the shell and the spring at the same time?? is that common or smth??

I was messing around again and I was on one of those moving ropes and when it hit a wall it kicked me off butI was still in the rope state but I could move up down left and right meaning I could simply fly. Does anybody know why?

I was playing around on a online rom hack of super mario world. I was trying to beat a level with a spring I collected at the start. I got to a vine beside a wall and could not go up but then if I held the spring into the wall let go and while it was getting pushed into me i started climbing it came with me. I could not find any other person online who had done this so I thaught to ask here.
