player bounce isn't allowed on cars 3 anymore so now we all agree player bounce is banned

my run got denied because "This is a 1 player category. You are not allowed to use other players to your advantage." so it's definitely banned but why

why is 2 players banned on this game but not cars 3 obby

can i use an alt account to jump off of/fly or is that illegal
