i feel like it doesnt contribute anything to the 100% so maybe it shouldnt be part of it, i feel like you reach 100% by collecting everything and finishing the levels you are able to choose in the main menu. the issue is, that u can only access this level by collecting 100% so this would be the only category it would fit in, but theres not much to do in the level either, its just "go die as fast as possible", very hard to judge..
