Yo im looking to a run in the next few days

Cause ark ascended is kinda dogshit and takes a NASA computer to run I dont have the greatest frames. So my question is whether or not im allowed to use client side commands to reduce framerate. I guess this is sort of along the lines of other client commands like gamma but its surely different. The settings do change lighting and grass size but I dont think that it matters too much in the grand scheme of the game right?

The commands what I want to use are: r.Volumetricfog 0 r.VolumetricCloud 0 r.DynamicGlobalIlluminationMethod 2 r.Lumen.DiffuseIndirect.Allow 0 grass.sizeScale 0.3

the ark leaderboards have been basically offline for the last year or two. the mods have all given up and no one else really has taken the opportunity to fix ark speedrunning. the original mods were thrown out due some supposed nefarious activities and the new mods have lost interest in ark completely after screwing up the entire board, so the leaderboards have been non-existent. if you want to do an ark speedrun, make up your own rules and stick by them or go search for an old speedrun on what those settings were

yeah, if i remember correctly, the values before qob was removed were the same as the current easy settings, however i do believe the dino count was set to 1.0 instead of 0.5. this is pretty self explanatory to a run that requires you to tame all tameable creatures.
