Hi, I been speedrunning the any% unrestricted category from some time ago but this week I was unable to launch the game in the 1.07 version needed for that run, I actually can update the game in steam and can start that, already did that in order to see what made it crash just without apparent logical reason but when down patching the game the executable is not even starting at all

Is anyone else having this issue?

VC refers as Virtual Console which is the brand for Nintendo Emulation in their own consoles (Wii and Wii U), so any official Nintendo Emulator (Wii VC, Wii U VC, SNES Classic and Nintendo Switch Online) will fall under that category, the only reason is separated is because there was testing with some of those giving a few milliseconds of less loading in transitions, so putting any PC Emulator will not be accurate with what VC is implying since there is no official Nintendo emulator for PC or other platforms outside their own consoles.

So with that said, Emulators out of Nintendo own consoles do not fit on the VC category at all
