ARS pretty clearly has a bigger playerbase now, and considering the new patch is a thing, it's also a lot more accessible. Despite this, does any% have a chance of being at least a decently popular category? 

Hello! I should be getting a 60fps capture card pretty soon, meanwhile though, i only have a 30fps one. Will the run still be allowed? Is there some FPS counter i need to use?
