I see, I will definitely try it. Thanks!
So the game in question is Deathblossom on Steam.
The gameplay is very Hotline Miami-esque, with 4 chapters and bosses, mixed in with story cutscenes. There's potential for movement and level optimization.
My concern is that the game has optional NSFW content: explicit cutscenes that can be disabled, but I think they are enabled by default.
I don't know if this fact would instantly eliminate it as a game request candidate.
Any thoughts from users/moderators familiar with similar cases?
Could be called No Major Skips, I guess?
That said, I would leave in jumping over railings and other small obstacles. I think having optimized "movement tech" like that is fine and fun.
I'd be very up for a category like this. Lloyd skip has been pretty inconsistent and kinda unfun for me. And if someone gets a run with a chair clip time save, Any% runs could become even more tedious.
So, I've noticed that after certain loading screens the game stops reading your pressed keys (Shift and W for instance), so you are stuck there either iddling or walking until you re-press Shift. How do you deal with this in your runs? Do you wait a set amount before re-pressing the keys? Mashing hasn't been helpful due to the way the walking works in the game (character just stutters with minimal movement).
