I'm new here; Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place, breaking rules, just uninformed or all 3.

I thought that IGT measured time in proportion to an in-game FPS as opposed to RTA, which I also thought was only for IGT immeasurable games, of which FPS can only fairly be measured in proportion to a presumed constant maximum frame limit.
