Okay, I've just done that, and restarted the game and its only going to 131 frames rip

Hi all, So I've been moving down my list of games to speed run, and I've arrived at Dishonored. But after changed everything and looking to the forums it's still stuck at 130 fps and cant get any higher, any advice?

I'm really into speedrunning and been dying to run dishonored but i cant seen to get version 1.2, Anyone know how?
