Five dodges won't work, it has to be two dodges and three quick dodges. The punches will help, but they aren't a true buffer, so you still have to time it.

PU movement isn't humanly possible because you're working with distance and speed so insane that you'd effectively need to string together hundreds of frame-perfect and angle-perfect analog inputs together while somehow keeping track of your speed and location despite this being completely invisible to you.
Humans cannot skip the bowser fights with current knowledge. This isn't going to be found with some funny BLJ shenanigans. You're dealing with a game whose source code has been reverse engineered, which has had 20 years of speedrun history. If it was as simple as just doing it, it would have been done.
