It says current time is missing so assuming it's not connected but how does it connect?

I have, I have been trying on both steamdeck and PC. Basically, I open the tool in admin, tap on the Timeskip button option, open up deadrising through steam and still nothing when I reach the end of case 1. Per the readme file it mentioned I would see a tool notification on top right to confirm its running but I havent seen that everytime I look. I must be missing something as it does seem fairly easy. I spoke with Ecdycic he mentioned it needs to connect but not sure what that entails. Is there an additional step I should be taking?

Is there a tutorial in setting it up? I tried myself and it doesn’t seem to register when playing in game. I couldn’t find any videos on the process.
